exercises and have a bunch of exercise routines you can do. It even has the 11 minute routine designed for those who are short on time but still want and effective workout.
The workouts can vary from easy to challenging depending on how much time you have available for training and how hard you want to work out. Since you have both the leg straps and the handles for your hands, you can get a total body workout in half the time. The power bands are rated 25 lbs, 35 lbs, and 40 lbs so you can easily switch from one resistance to the other.
When looking to workout at home, space is always an issue. The average person will most likely not need more than 200 pounds of resistance to have a good workout. The question then is not whether or not you need a gym membership, the real question is, can you get a quality workout in a short period of time like 11 minutes?. Utilizing a power band system correctly, yes you can.
